Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through [protouchcare] ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order only within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it.
To cancel your order, you must email us at [protouchcare1@gmail.com] within the 24-hour window, mentioning your order ID.
Once the 24-hour period has passed or the order has been processed/shipped, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted under any circumstance.
2. Refund Eligibility
No refunds will be issued if the order is not cancelled within 1 day of purchase.
Refunds will only be approved in cases where:
The order was cancelled within the allowed 24-hour period.
A wrong, defective, or damaged product was delivered, and proof (clear photos or unboxing video) is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
If the customer fails to provide the required proof within the specified time frame, the claim will be automatically rejected.
3. Payment Gateway & Chargebacks
Once the order is processed, no refund or chargeback request will be entertained via Razorpay or any payment gateway.
Any unauthorized chargeback initiated by the customer after product dispatch or delivery will be treated as fradulent activity and maylead to legal actioner applicable laws.

4. Refund Processing (If Approved)
Approved refunds (for eligible cases only) will be processed And credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Razorpay transaction charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will check and approve the return within 2 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and replace the product within 2 days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All the exchange, damage, defective and wrong product will approve and the replacement product will deliver within 2 days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
